Payment verification and approval takes approximately 1-2 business days.

 

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

After your payment has been verified and approved, all standard USA and Canada orders take 5-10 business days to be shipped. We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. During the holiday season, delays may occur. 

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. The estimated delivery time is calculated from the day your order is shipped, not when it is placed.

Orders shipped outside of the U.S. will be subject to customs fees or duties. These fees are not included in the price of goods you purchase from our website and are not included in the cost associated with shipping and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Your package will be subject to holding and potentially being returned to the sender if fees are not paid for its release. Please consult with your local customs agency for more information prior to ordering.

Please note that some shipments may experience delays due to the customs clearance process.

 

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES, INCORRECT ADDRESSES, AND REFUSED DELIVERIES 

All packages are shipped with signature confirmation through UPS. 

All packages require a signature for delivery if your order contains hair extensions. UPS will usually make several attempts to deliver your package.  If you are not available to sign for your package, please contact the shipping company directly to reschedule the delivery or arrange a pickup. Abandoned or refused packages will not be refunded.

Please make sure to double check your shipping address and include all necessary shipping information (zip code, apt #, etc. ). Kink and Coil LLC is not responsible for lost packages due to the incorrect address entered at checkout.  

If for any reason the package is returned to us (ex. incorrect address specified by the customer, item not collected when delivery has been missed), we will inform you immediately upon arrival of the returned package. You will be given the choice to either re-dispatch the item or for you to cancel the order. You will be charged for the package to be resent out to you.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

If you would like to cancel your order, we allow 24 hours for you to either amend or cancel your order after the order has been placed. For further assistance, please send an email to info@kinkandcoil.co with your order number.
